Explanation of Rates.
Rates are date and room type specific. Rates for holiday weekends, and special events are $20.00 higher than posted rates. Midweek rates vary, as we may offer additional midweek discounts. Please call for exact rates, as all rates are subject to change without notice.
Reservations Policy
All rates are subject to 9% NH room Tax. A credit card is required to make reservations.
Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days prior to check-in, cancellation charge will be waived. Within the 14 days prior to check-in, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total room rate will be charged.
The registered guest must be over the age of 21.
